I went with my teacher Lynda, her British friend Sonia, and my cousin Hope. It was three days after graduation, we all crammed into her convertiable SAAB and planned to end up in Las Vegas, Nevada. We passed through nineteen states total. We slept over night in Washington, D.C, Roanoke, VA, Nashville, Tenn., New Orleans, LA, San Antiona, Texas, New Mexico, and ended in Las Vegas!

One of the most beautiful sights that I was able to see during this trip, was the Grand Canyon! The Grand Canyon was the most gorgeous place I have ever seen. We spent an entire day walk and driving around taking pictures. If I were to recommend one place to travel in the United States, I would have to say go and see the Grand Canyon. The formations there are amazing, and unlike anything I have ever scene! It is hard to believe that they were formed naturally!

I only have a few pictures from my trip cross country because my camera broke half way through the trip.
